Strangely enough, 4/5 users that I have migrated to 2016 have worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, just the one user is now having the repetitive password prompt. When opening Outlook, the status at the bottom will say 'Connected to Exchange', but then a few seconds later the password prompt appears.
